Kristin Henak

Kristin Henak has been sewing since childhood. She loves the challenge of figuring out a pattern and can’t walk through a fabric store without touching and feeling everything she walks by. Finding patterns to fit and then making changes as creativity dictates is her goal. She taught Serger Club for over a year at Sew Amazing. Serger classes are her favorite to teach because it pushes people beyond their comfort zone and rewards them with new possibilities for their sewing endeavors.

Training: Sewing Workshop with Linda Lee and Louise Cutting 2009, numerous workshops at Sewing and Quilting Expo over the years

Hi Kristin, I have talked to you several times before and would like to follow up on some private classes. Please contact me asap thanks so much!

  2. Kristin, At the fashion sewing meeting on Saturday, I mentioned a Vogue Issey Miyake pattern for a coat that looks like a cape. The pattern number is 1476. It might be a look you’d like for your special fabric. It certainly has plenty of movement. Cindy
